Right to Know Law
On February 14, 2008, Governor Rendell signed into law Act 3, which amends the act of June 21, 1957, as amended, more commonly known as the Right to Know Law. Act 3 is a comprehensive revision of the Right to Know Law and required certain changes be made to procedures and protocols established by local agencies and school districts. To comply with the new law, East Bradford has updated its records request forms and procedures:
