SD 641 West Chester Crossing (Daily Local News)
The applicant received Final Plan approval for a 56-unit townhouse development from the Board of Supervisors on October 13, 2020. Construction is underway.

A Final Plan showing the subdivision of the existing lot into two new lots and the construction of a new single-family dwelling. At their meeting on June 28, 2022 the Planning Commission accepted the application and commenced the 90-day review period.

SD 655 Starr Farm/East Bradford Township (1001-1003 Skelp Level Road & 930 Valley Creek Road)
A Final Plan showing the alteration of lot lines between the three properties to create a 15.8-acre lot containing the existing house and barn complex. The remaining 156 acres will be owned and conserved by the Township as publicly accessible park land. The Planning Commission will review the plan at their meeting on September 27, 2022 at 7 pm.
