SD 652 - 932 Downingtown Pike (Oakes Property)

A Sketch Plan showing the subdivision of the existing lot into two new lots and the construction of a new single-family dwelling.

SD 654 - 815 Guthrie Road (Schmidt Property)

A Final Plan showing the subdivision of the existing lot into two new lots and the construction of a new single-family dwelling. The applicant has granted the Township an indefinite extension within which to render a decision on this application. 

SD 656 - 940 Hillsdale Road (Rudloff Builders)

A Preliminary Subdivision Plan showing the subdivision of the existing lot into two new lots. The existing house will remain and a new house will be constructed on the newly created lot. The Planning Commission reviewed this application at their meeting on September 26, 2023 and recommended approval. The Board of Supervisors approved the plan at their meeting on October 5, 2023.
