Conditional Use Applications

Comerford Bed and Breakfast Estate – The applicant is seeking conditional use approval for a bed and breakfast estate at 900 Copeland School Road.  There will not be a hearing on March 12, 2019.  The applicant has granted a time extension through August 30, 2019 to schedule the first hearing.

 

The Farm @ 415 Birmingham (2018) – On January 9, 2019, the Board of Supervisors issued its decision, denying the conditional use application for a bed and breakfast estate at 415 Birmingham Road.  The applicant appealed the decision to the Court of Common Pleas.  In addition, the applicant submitted a new conditional use application for a bed and breakfast estate use (see below).

 

The Farm @ 415 Birmingham (2019) – The applicant is seeking conditional use approval for a bed and breakfast estate at 415 Birmingham Road.  The first hearing has not yet been scheduled.  The application materials will be posted the week of February 18.

 

West Chester Towns (Daily Local News) – The applicant, Toll Brothers, is seeking conditional use approval and a zoning amendment to construct 60 townhouse units at the Daily Local News property located at 250 North Bradford Avenue.  However, the ordinance on which the conditional use hearings are to be based is not yet in final form. Therefore, the the conditional use hearings will be postponed until such time that the ordinance is ready for advertisement.
