Conditional Use Applications

Comerford Bed and Breakfast Estate – The applicant is seeking conditional use approval for a bed and breakfast estate at 900 Copeland School Road.  The applicant has granted a time extension through January 6, 2020 to schedule the first hearing.

 

The Farm @ 415 Birmingham (2018) – On January 9, 2019, the Board of Supervisors issued its decision, denying the conditional use application for a bed and breakfast estate at 415 Birmingham Road.  The applicant appealed the decision to the Court of Common Pleas.  In addition, the applicant submitted a new conditional use application for a bed and breakfast estate use (see below).

 

The Farm @ 415 Birmingham (2019) – The applicant is seeking conditional use approval for a bed and breakfast estate at 415 Birmingham Road.  The first hearing took place on April 30, 2019.  The next hearing is scheduled for July 30, 2019 at 6:30 p.m.

 

West Chester Towns (Daily Local News) – During their meeting on July 9, 2019, the Supervisors granted conditional use approval for a 56-unit townhouse development.  The next step will be for the applicant to submit a subdivision/land development application.
