Conditional Use Applications

Gallagher Power Washing – The applicant is proposing a power washing business (major home occupation) at 1109 Clover Hill Drive.  The application was received on August 23, 2019 and the hearing took place on December 10, 2019.  The application was denied.

 

The Farm @ 415 Birmingham (2019) – The applicant is seeking conditional use approval for a bed and breakfast estate at 415 Birmingham Road.  The first hearing took place on April 30, 2019.  The next hearing is scheduled for March 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.  (The hearing scheduled for December 12 has been continued.)

 

Comerford Bed and Breakfast Estate – The applicant is seeking conditional use approval for a bed and breakfast estate at 900 Copeland School Road.  The applicant has granted a time extension through June 15, 2020 to schedule the first hearing.

 

West Chester Towns (Daily Local News) – During their meeting on July 9, 2019, the Supervisors granted for a 56-unit townhouse development.  Refer to the Subdivision/Land Development page for more information.
