Conditional Use Applications

The Farm @ 415 Birmingham (2019) – The applicant is seeking conditional use approval for a bed and breakfast estate at 415 Birmingham Road.  The first hearing took place on April 30, 2019.  The next hearing is scheduled for August 11, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.  (The hearing scheduled for March 10 will be continued.)


Comerford Bed and Breakfast Estate – The applicant is seeking conditional use approval for a bed and breakfast estate at 900 Copeland School Road.  The applicant has granted a time extension through June 15, 2020 to schedule the first hearing.


West Chester Towns (Daily Local News) – During their meeting on July 9, 2019, the Supervisors granted for a 56-unit townhouse development.  Refer to the Subdivision/Land Development page for more information.


725 W. Miner Street (West Chester Play School/Hilker Property) – The applicant is seeking conditional use approval to amend a condition of approval that was imposed on a prior conditional use application which limits the use of the property to the existing school use or a single family home and no other use or development. If approved, the applicant also has an application for a variance pending before the Zoning Hearing Board to convert the existing carriage house to a residential rental unit.
