Zoning Hearing Board Applications

 

The following Zoning Hearing Board applications are currently under review.  If you have questions or would like additional information, please contact  Zoning Officer Andrea Campisi at acampisi@eastbradford.org or (610) 436-5108 x110.  You can also learn more by attending the Zoning Hearing Board hearings, which generally (but not always) occur as needed on the 3rd Monday of the month.  Hearings are advertised in the Daily Local News and are posted on the calendar.

826 W. Strasburg Road – McIntyre Property – The applicant seeks a variance to construct a new detached garage that encroaches into the required side yard setback. The hearing was held on May 17, 2021. The decision will be rendered at the June 21, 2021 Zoning Hearing Board meeting.

1198 Muirfield Drive – McGeary Property – The applicant seeks variances to expand the existing driveway and construct a shed, both of which encroach into the required side yard setback. The shed also encroaches into Riparian Buffer Area 2. The hearing was held on May 17, 2021. The decision will be rendered at the June 21, 2021 Zoning Hearing Board meeting.
