209 Wencin Way – Variance for side yard setback. The hearing is scheduled for Monday January 21, 2019 at 7 pm.
415 Birmingham Road – On January 21, 2019 at 7 pm, the Zoning Hearing Board will obtain evidence and possibly testimony necessary to prepare and submit to the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County Findings on notice compliance of the PA Municipalities Planning Code and the East Bradford Township Code with respect to the Appeal from the Decision of the Zoning Hearing Board on the Application of John Marshall and Dara Gans-Marshall who were granted a variance from Section 115-48.1.A of the Code of East Bradford Township to operate a Bed and Breakfast Estate on property located at 415 Birmingham Road. The Board will limit the hearing to participation by the Appellant parties of the Appeal.
